Cleaning time allowance

The size and overall condition of your property, and the number of people and pets living there,

will determine how much time to allow for cleaning.

As a general approximation, a one bedroom property should take 1-1.5 hours for basic cleaning.

A two bedroom property takes about 2 hours,  a three bedroom property 3 hours and so forth.

Please be aware these timings are for a basic clean. A deeper clean, for example, at the end of a tenancy period, will take considerably longer.
